Terms of Service

1. What Aranya is

Aranya (the Service) displays trek slot availability that is already published publicly on the Karnataka Forest Department's Aranya Vihaara portal (aranyavihaara.karnataka.gov.in), collected into a single view. The Service is provided by an independent operator based in Karnataka, India.

2. What Aranya is not

• It is not a booking service. No trek can be reserved through Aranya.
• It does not hold, sell, transfer or reserve permits, seats or tickets.
• It is not operated by or on behalf of any government department.
• Your payment to us buys access to the Service only. It confers no right, priority or advantage of any kind on the official portal.

3. Accuracy and availability

Information is read from a third-party website we do not control. It may be delayed, incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the Service may be unavailable at any time without notice. A slot shown as open may be unavailable by the time you reach the official portal, and the reverse is equally possible.

Always confirm availability on the official portal before making any commitment to a customer or third party. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on what the Service displays.

4. Your account

• An account is for one person. Do not share your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Provide an email address you control; we use it for account and payment correspondence.
• We may limit the number of simultaneous sessions on an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or republish data obtained from the Service;
• share or resell account access;
• scrape, automate against, or place unreasonable load on the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other accounts;
• use the Service unlawfully, or in breach of the official portal's own terms.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is material.

6. Fees

Access costs ₹99 for 30 days, inclusive of applicable taxes. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no stored card. Access ends automatically when the period expires. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes to the Service

Features may change, and the Service depends on a third-party portal whose structure can change without notice. If that happens, availability data may be unavailable until we adapt. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost business or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
