Delivery Policy

This is a digital service

Aranya is web-based software. Nothing is physically shipped, and no delivery address is required or collected.

How access is delivered

Access is granted to the account you registered with, and is available immediately at aranyavihaara.org once your payment is confirmed. You use it by signing in with your email address. There is nothing to download or install.

Timing

• Online payments (through Razorpay): access is enabled immediately once the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to you. In the rare case a bank takes longer to confirm, access is enabled automatically within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Payments arranged directly with us: access is enabled by hand after payment reaches us, usually within a few hours and always within one business day.

If access does not appear

Email support@aranyavihaara.org from your account's email address with the payment details, and we will either enable it or refund you in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Duration

Access runs for 30 days from the moment it is enabled. If you pay again while access is still active, the new days are added to the end of your existing period, so you never lose days by paying early. Access can be bought up to one year ahead.
